Slimey...but not so Satisfying

Well there is a first for everything...

and today at work I tried Escargot.

Our wonderful Executive Chef brought a few ramekins

full of the little guys for my co-worker who enjoys them.

All I can say about that "delicacy" is they are very gummy
and I do not care to try them again....
